  • Greens' Desperation Clear

The Greens' desperation is reaching fever pitch as they see themselves sliding in to a position of irrelevance.

“There’s been a flurry of activity by the Greens press office as they snatch at more and more extreme ideas to try and convince voters that they are worth a vote,” said Robert Borsak NSW MLC

“Their internal polling must be pretty scary, because they are now releasing all of their policy zombies, “continued Mr Borsak

These ideas will excite the party faithful, but the sensible majority of NSW voters see them as the feeble distractions they are.

“Yesterday, the Greens released a “plan” to swap 500,000 real and current jobs supported by the NSW coal and power sector for 75,000 blue sky solar and sustainable Green positions, gutting the NSW economy in the process, Mr Borsak explained .

“They are back to their lone bleating about the use of conservation hunting to economically and effectively remove feral pests from state forests.

They seem to be able to ignore the fact that The Game Council is an organisation set up with the support of a democratic majority,

“The NSW electorate is too sophisticated to fall for this - NSW people know that politics and policy is the art of the practical and achievable in the mass interest.

“They are not going to fall for last minute Greens thought bubbles at the expense of commonsense,” Mr Borsak concluded
