Liberty Warrior Interviewed
A bloke who calls himself the Liberty Warrior walks around the CBD in shorts and a slogan bearing T shirt, carrying a pole with the Australian flag at half mast and what looks like a torch on the end of it. He invites people to talk to him about liberty and join his walk.
I first spotted him at the Sydney Food Festival and later in a variety of spots. He told me that he likes to walk from Glebe Pt Rd, near Broadway at 9am on Sa****ays and Sundays. His wanderings are random. Nobody knows where Liberty Man as I like to call him, will show up next. Presumably wherever there is a threat to truth, justice and the Australian way of life.
I asked Liberty man if he fancied any particular parties, and he said he couldn't really endorse any, so I asked him about SFP. He was OK with the idea of firearm ownership. Initially he baulked at the idea of people walking around openly carrying firearms in the city, so it would seem there is a line which even Liberty Man cannot cross.
I haven't looked at his website but he has one at;http://LibertyForever.com
" As nightfall does not come all at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there is a twilight when everything remains seemingly unchanged. And it is in such twilight that we all must be most aware of change in the air — however slight — lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness.
