NZ is our Mexico
This news item suggests that NZ inhabitants are leaving the place in increasing record quantities.

Just as maids from Eastern Europe are flown into the UK to do some housework and then fly back home, the NZ labour force seems to be attracted to our mining jobs, on the basis that they live in NZ but work here.
It would be interesting to examine the migratory history of those leaving NZ. A significant number I suspect were just using NZ as a stepping stone to here, after immigrating to NZ and then obtaining citizenship there.
My observations appear to be confirmed by this further evidence which I subsequently found. http://www.nzembassy.com/mexico/rela...and-and-mexico
