A small quote from an article in the daily telegraph; ttp://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/another-wild-idea-to-tackle-ferals-of-oz/story-e6freuy9-1226259927177

"Komodo dragons would end the need for expensive shooting or poisoning programs to deal with destructive pests such as pigs and goats."
What a missinformed statement by professor Bowman?

Since when is Shooting ferel animals expensive?

Poisoning is expensive and destroys many other unintended targets.

Komodo dragons dont normally hunt ferel pigs. Komodo dragons mostly eat carion, dead rotting animals. The only ferel pig a komodo dragon would hunt and possibly catch is one that has been injured, is old or sick.

This idea of komodo dragons is so silly I bet the greens will think its great and probably promote it.
